Aim: Growth in excess of the IPD Forestry Index by investing in a portfolio of woodlands between 12 and 20 years old

Minimum investment: Lump sum £15,000

Investment split: 100% in woodlands between 12 and 20 years old

Charges: Initial 5%, annual 10% of the IPD Forestry index returns over 10 years

Commission: Initial 3%, renewal 0.25%
