Pru Protect underwriting director joins reinsurer

Pru Protect underwriting and claims director Stuart Johnson has joined Partner Re.
Johnson, who joined Pru Protect in January this year, will be in charge of defining and implementing the life medical underwriting and claims strategy for the UK and Irish markets.
Partner Re Life head Franck Pinette says: “This new position demonstrates Partner Re’s strategic commitment to the UK and Irish Life markets. Stuart is a leading figure in these markets and I am delighted we can count on his direct insurance experience to enhance Partner Re’s position.”
