Modray quits Chase for Funds Direct
Investment adviser Justin Modray is to leave Chase de Vere Investments for the fund supermarket Funds Direct. Modray, 30, worked at Chase de Vere for over five years and was recently headhunted by the supermarket to become its new marketing manager. He will take up the new position on Monday. Launched last December, Funds Direct claims to offer funds from every UK fund provider. Chief executive Sean Ewing says: "We are investing substantially in the next two years in terms of development of the business. Weve brought on Justin because we now have regulatory approval to distribute our funds in 11 European countries."
