Ignis chief executive to leave firm

Ignis Asset Management chief executive Gavin Stewart is leaving the firm.
Stewart is to be replaced by the the firm’s current chief operating officer Chris Samuel who will also be appointed to the executive committee of parent company Pearl Group.
In his new role, Samuel will be responsible for Ignis’ retail arm and Pearl’s fund management business Axial.
