Credit Suisse Asset Management has announced plans to launch a range of Irish ETFs.

The Ucits products will be based on both equity and fixed income indices and will be marketed under the ‘Xmtch’ ETF brand and will trade initially on the Swiss Stock Exchange with multiple cross listings across Europe being planned.

CSAM has appointed BNY Mellon Asset Servicing to offer fund services including accounting, administration, transfer agency and custody services, to support the launch.

BNY Mellon Asset Servicing head of offshore Ross Whitehill says: “. “Our ETF servicing platform will work with Credit Suisse’s products to make sure their shareholders and market participants are receiving accurate and timely information. We look forward to supporting the success of this new initiative as Credit Suisse enters the Irish ETF arena and see this as a continuation of a global and long standing relationship between our two firms.”
