Jubilee FP offers side-by-side issuer choice on structured product
The regular income plan two offers UBS and Morgan Stanley as issuers displayed side by side on its marketing literature.
According to the firm, the intention is to help advisers guide their clients to an informed decision about the credit risk they are taking, the return they are receiving and the relationship between the two.
It says: “Investors who are seeking income but are looking for an AA rated institution can choose the slightly lower rate offered by UBS, whilst investors who are comfortable with a A rated issuer may select the higher rate from Morgan Stanley.”
Both the regular income plan and the fixed return plan, which also launches today, are linked to the FTSE 100 and use a 6-month averaging strategy to establish their entry points.
Plans are open for investment from February 2 to February 27.
