In the open letter published in Money Marketing from David Munro to Andrew Fisher of Towry Law, my name is referred to as the adviser at TL.

I wish to make it clear that I left TL in January 2009 while David wrote the letter to Towry in April 3, 2009.

I would have thought that David would have undertaken some research to have established this prior to writing the open letter.
