S&P upgrades Crown’s servicer rating

Its rating as a special servicer of commercial loans and residential mortgages has also been affirmed as average by the ratings agency.
Crown Mortgage Management chief executive officer Eric Stoclet says: “S&P has recognised our merit as a primary mortgage servicer of both commercial and residential loans, and has noted in particular the strength in the company’s management, staff training, and growth of assets during a difficult environment.”
