Sesame Bankhall has launched a new panel management service for mortgage valuations.
Sesame Bankhall Valuation Services Limited is a joint venture with panel management service provider Direct Valuations.
Sesame Bankhall chief operating officer George Higginson becomes SBVS chairman. PMS managing director John Cupis becomes SBVS managing director.
Cupis says: “This latest development is a natural next step for our group and clearly signals our deep commitment to the mortgage and housing market. We firmly believe that this market remains a cornerstone of the UK’s social and economic landscape, which is why we are prepared to invest in its future.
“Our new service will enable us to strengthen our relationships with lenders and enable us to develop other valuation services to benefit intermediaries and their clients”.

We’ve all been working on the deal for some time and really delighted it’s now live. I’m totally confident that lenders and consumers will get great results from the new business “
