Bank of China links with AToM

Bank of China has added mortgage packager All Types of Mortgages to its distribution panel.
AToM can now offer Bank of China’s residential, buy-to-let and commercial mortgages, with rates starting from 2.8 per cent, 3.88 per cent and 4 per cent respectively.
Redemption penalties are during the first year only and loan to values are up to 75 per cent on residential and 65 per cent on buy-to-let and commercial properties.
AToM sales and marketing director Dale Jannels says: “The addition of another lender to our panel of offerings demonstrates that lenders do still want to lend.”
