Aldermore appoints Wave CEO and product director

Aldermore has appointed Colin Snowdon to look at prospective business in the residential mortgage market.
Snowdon joins from Wave, where he was chief executive. Wave director of product development and credit Richard Spinks also joins Aldermore. He will look after Aldermore’s business in the intermediary sector.
Aldermore chief executive Phillip Monks says: “Strategically, the UK residential mortgage market represents an important opportunity for Aldermore and I’m absolutely delighted that two leading mortgage experts such as Colin and Richard have agreed to investigate this sector on our behalf.”
