L&G club ties up with KRS

Legal & General Mortgage Club has linked up with Key Retirement Solutions to offer an equity release referral service.
L&G members can now access equity release plans, including lifetime mortgages and home reversions from a range of providers. Clients will be able to access exclusive products, as well as a free initial consultation.
L&G director of mortgages Ben Thompson says: “Some providers have left the equity release market recently but equity release is a very important segment of the market and looks set to play an increasingly significant role in funding retirement in the future.
“We’ve therefore set up a stress free referral process and KRS take care of all the advice as well as keeping the adviser fully informed along the way.”
