Towry poaches Aberdeen’s Dawkins as CIO
Wealth adviser Towry Law has appointed Robert Dawkins as chief investment officer.
Dawkins was head of multi-manager at Aberdeen Asset Managers and has previously held roles as managing director of RBS Asset Management and head of alternative investment management at private bank Coutts.
He is expected to take up the position on September 6.
Towry CEO Andrew Fisher says: “We are delighted to welcome Bob to Towry and to be able to attract such an experienced investor to be our chief investment officer.”

Are Towry still around? After the way they handled their aquisitions over the years I am surprised anyone would want to work for them!!

That would be the Towry which is one of the largest firms in the sector and is the fastest growing in the industry in terms of Clients, assets under management , revenue , staff, advisers and profits. Yep I think they are still around.
