TCF Fund Managers appoints ex-Cleri Med director to investment committee

TCF Fund Managers has appointed former Clerical Medical director of pension funds David Somers as an independent member of its investment committee.
The committee provides oversight of the multi-asset investment process of TCF Fund Managers that is applied to all of its investment funds.
Chaired by TCF co-founder Gary Mairs, the committee is responsible for the due diligence process used to research ETFs and passive mutual funds used by TCF
Mairs says: “It is a privilege to have someone with David’s credentials and strong industry endorsement agreeing to join our investment committee. His knowledge, experience and independence add real weight to the wider TCF Fund Managers proposition.”
TCF is now planning further hires to its investment committee.
