SVM UK 100 select fund to rebrand as UK growth

SVM Asset Management is rebranding its £10m UK 100 select fund as UK growth.

The fund, which is managed by Margaret Lawson, is rebranding to reflect what the group says is its multi-faceted approach, which includes investments in large and medium-sized companies.

The benchmark of the fund will also be changed to the FTSE all-share index. All changes are set to be implemented by August 2, 2010.

The SVM UK growth fund was launched in March 2000 and is currently top-quartile in the IMA UK all-companies sector over three years.
