Barclays Wealth hires David Dalton-Brown

Barclays Wealth has hired former Fidelity FundsNetwork head David Dalton-Brown as head of Barclays Wealth Funds.

Dalton-Brown left Fidelity FundsNetwork in October after five years at the firm.

David will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of Barclays Wealth’s fund ranges, implementation of the product, client service delivery and the quality of the control environment.

He will report to Thomas Rostron, head of Barclays Wealth Managers Europe, the asset management arm of Barclays Wealth.

Dalton-Brown has over 20 years’ experience in business development at asset management and life and pension firms.

Prior to Fidelity he worked as a business development director at Prudential for two years and also worked in transformational roles at KPMG and Norwich Union.
