Ashcourt Rowan Asset Management senior duo Guy Stephens and Tim Cockerill have both quit the firm to join Rowan Dartington.

Stephens has been recruited as chief investment officer while Tim Cockerill will join as head of investment collectives.

Stephens has worked at Ashcourt Rowan for the past 10 years and is currently group investment director. He also sits on the Ashcourt Rowan Group board.

Cockerill was head of fund research at the wealth manager. Both are set to join the firm in September.

Rowan Dartington has also announced the appointment of Oliver Cowell as investment executive. Cowell joins from stockbroking firm Redmayne Bentley, where he had spent nearly two years working as a senior stockbroker.

  • This is a great loss to Ashcourt Rowan as both Guy & Tim had built a trusted investment process and clients & advisers respected their expertise.

Another change within Ashcourt Rowan for clients to get used to.
