LGIM poaches F&C’s Paul Murray as head of investment risk

Legal & General Investment Management has appointed Paul Murray as head of investment risk.
Murray will be responsible for the independent measuring, monitoring and development of risk for LGIM’s active fund management business.
He joins from F&C Asset Management were he was head of risk management, alternative investments.
LGIM CEO Peter Chambers says: “I am pleased to announce Paul’s appointment to LGIM. Paul brings with him over 10 years of risk management experience gained from various financial institutions. I have no doubt he will be an asset to LGIM and will continue to develop strong risk management solutions.”
