LaSalle Investment Management appoints European MD
LaSalle Investment Management has appointed Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz to the new role of managing director, Europe.
Lloyd-Hurwitz will be responsible for shaping LaSalle’s business strategy as well as looking at opportunities to grow the business. She will also have executive responsibility for the core investment accounts and funds business.
Lloyd-Hurwitz is also set to become the latest member of LaSalle’s nine person global management committee. She will also be an international director of LaSalle’s parent Jones Lang LaSalle. She will be based in London and will report to head of Europe Simon Marrison.
She joins LaSalle with more than 20 years experience in real estate, her most most recent role was as managing director with Macquarie Group Property Advisors.
Marrison says: “Susan is highly regarded for her expertise in real estate investment management and her long and varied experience on a global platform is an ideal fit within LaSalle’s management team. We believe the economic environment will yield real opportunities across Europe, magnifying the importance of strong management that can advance growth opportunities quickly. We are delighted to have Susan on board.”
