The £166.9m JP Morgan Europe fund has been removed from the fund rating service of Old Broad Street Research, following a recent change in managers.

The rating agency says the changes in the fund portfolio “warrant caution”, despite acknowledging the experience of new lead manager Stephen Macklow-Smith.

Macklow-Smith and Alexander Fitzalan Howard took over management of the fund in August from Jon Ingram, John Baker and Anis Lahlou-Abid.

“We need time to assess this development and will monitor the fund’s progress under the new manager,” the rating agency states.
