Gartmore bolsters distribution team

Gartmore has appointed Richard Turner as account director for its UK retail distribution team.
Turner joins from Williams de Broe and reports to head of intermediary sales Warren Shiels.
Turner assumes responsibility for the distribution of Gartmore funds to wealth managers, discretionary and advisory IFAs and third party distributors in the Midlands.
Shiels says: “Richard’s twelve years of financial industry experience with national IFA firms and third party clients in the UK will prove invaluable as we continue to strengthen our distribution alongside Gartmore’s broadened investment capability.”
