Former Aviva Investors head joins TCF's investment committee

TCF Fund Managers has appointed former Aviva Investors head of retail structured products Dr Jeremy Bezant to its investment committee.
Bezant’s appointment to the committee follows that of former Clerical Medical director of pension funds David Somers earlier this year.
TCF Investment Committee chairman Gary Mairs says Bezant will be “of real value” in the due diligence and analysis process on the underlying passive instruments in TCF’s portfolios.
Bezant says: “The experience and understanding I have of product construction and investment platform design will enable me to add real weight to TCF Fund Managers’ screening rigour.”
