Cofunds head of sales departs in restructure
Cofunds head of sales Nick Godfrey has left the platform following a merger of its sales and marketing departments.
Godfrey and national sales manager Paul Rose both left the firm with immediate effect with the group saying the changes are designed to address the changing needs of advisers as they transition their businesses in the run up to the RDR.
The changes will see Stephen Wynne-Jones remain as head of marketing but take on responsibility of the managing and co-ordinating of the delivery of products across the sales and marketing department.
Other changes will see Russell Lancaster’s head of commercial role expanded into management of the key accounts team. Paul Bagley will continue to manage the office based sales team with Ian Meredith now heading up the regional sales team.
Cofunds head of sales and marketing Alastair Conway says: “These changes are designed to provide our customers with an improvement in the type of support they receive from us, and ultimately increase adoption of the new services we have rolled out over the past year.”
