Aegon AM promotes duo on fixed income range

Aegon Asset Management is promoting Iain Buckle and Euan McNeil to joint fund manager on three of its fixed income offerings.
Buckle will become joint manager with David Roberts on the Aegon sterling corporate bond fund and with Philip Milburn on the ethical corporate bond fund.
McNeil is promoted to joint manager with Roberts on the Dublin registered investment grade global bond fund.
Milburn will become joint manager with Roberts on the strategic bond fund as part of the changes. He also manages the high yield global bond and the high yield bond retail funds.
The new roles will be effective from November 1, 2009.
Head of sales for retail funds Steve Kenny says: “These changes recognise the knowledge and aptitude of our retail fixed income team and clearly demonstrate our in-depth strength in this area.”
