Inquisition on client data
Aviva appear to need everything except one’s inside leg measurement now before they will release any information about my clients.
The questions went as follows: policy number/was I the registered intermediary/start date/type of contract/client’s full name/client’s date of birth/client’s address/client’s postcode/my name/inter mediary name/inter- mediary address/intermediary postcode.
Perhaps this is the only way Aviva can satisfy itself that the client has an intermediary and not to be approached directly?
