Dunstan Thomas has produced a guide for Sipp providers and advisers called Opportunities in a Regulated World’.

The 24-page, A5-sized business guide, is a direct response to A-Day and this year’s "Regulation-Day" affecting those in those operating in the Sipp market.

It is designed to help those responsible for change management programmes inside Sipp provider firms and third party administrators, as well as pensions-focused adviser firms wanting to take advantage of the changes.

Dunstan Thomas says Sipp regulation is part of a journey for the market which has attracted a great deal of attention and money into this sub-market and led to providers now including it within their core pensions portfolio.

The guide can be downloaded or a hard copy can be ordered from http://www.dthomas.co.uk/imago/

DT chairman and author of the guide Christopher Read says: “This guide offer senior managers involved in helping their companies ensure compliance with this new regulation, as well as those trying to take advantage of the boom, an opportunity to step back and look at the views of the industry as a whole and perhaps benchmark where they are in areas like wraps, Sipp product development, administration system augmentation and rolling out more modern adviser tools like stochastics-based illustrations.”
