Collins Stewart launches fund of absolute return funds

Collins Stewart Fund Management has launched a fund of absolute return funds.
The alternative strategies fund is a Dublin-domiciled Ucits III compliant fund which will offer daily liquidity. The fund is managed by Richard Hodgetts and will look to return 6 to 10 per cent per annum.

Hodgetts says: “Dozens of hedge funds are launching replica funds to conform with Ucits III regulation and this is making it increasingly difficult for investors and their advisors to choose the most suitable funds.
