Willcock joins Aviva as MD

Aviva has appointed Phil Willcock as managing director of its UK Health business. Willcock first joined Aviva (formally Norwich Union) in 1996, and has held many roles at the provider, including sales and marketing director for Norwich Union Healthcare (now Aviva UK Health), director of life and healthcare distribution, director of business development, retail and recently, director of corporate benefits. Willcock says: “I’m delighted to be returning to UK Health and look forward to leading the ongoing transformation of the business from an insurer to a health and wellbeing provider.”
