New member's area for Grid website

Group Risk Development is launching a new area of its website at www.grouprisk.org.uk, offering members access to a library of communications, minutes and other materials. The members area will also allow organisations to access Grid research before it reaches the public domain, and will also hold the Service Standards Declaration.
Separate sections of the area include dedicated pages for the activities of the regulations committee and the different working groups which make up the running of Grid.
