Hewitt’s head of flex joins Staffcare

Graham Jarvis has left his role as head of flex and benefits administration at Hewitt to become managing director of Staffcare. Jarvis is assuming full day-to-day management for the business, working alongside founder and chief executive, Phil Hollingdale, who will concentrate on business development.

Jarvis qualified as an actuary at Friends Provident and has been involved in the flexible benefits sector since 2003 when he was at Buck Consultants. He moved to Hewitt in 2006.

Hollingdale says “Graham’s appointment strengthens our executive team and comes at an important time following the recent announcement of our software licensing deal with Mercer. We are licensing our software to many of the UK’s leading benefit consultants and have a number of exciting opportunities in the UK and overseas. Graham has tremendous experience, energy and enthusiasm. Importantly he shares my vision for the enormous potential for our technology and the growth potential for online reward communication and flexible benefits”.
