Firms link up to aid advisers on TCF
The TCF Centre offers services ranging from a phone-based TCF rehearsal through to an in-depth audit for firms wanting a detailed analysis on how they are performing against the TCF outcomes.
FinQS says the service is designed to take away firms' anxiety in dealing with the regulator by providing practical tools that demonstrate how TCF is embedded in a business process.
FinQS director Sim Sangha says: "Some firms have the expertise to carry out this analysis themselves but it is largely a manual process diverting resource from other revenue-generating areas of the business. Even if the appropriate data is gathered, it is often difficult to translate this into actions which lead to improved outcomes.
"As TCF Centre deals primarily with client feedback, there was a need to provide additional hands-on consultancy to help advisory firms evidence all other aspects of TCF activity. Perception Support can offer firms the missing pieces of the jigsaw."
