Whitechurch Network is teaming up with Competent Adviser, the training and competence solutions provider, to help its members achieve QCF level four or equivalent.
Members will get access to a gap analysis tool which tests all areas of level three syllabus knowledge, identifies areas of weakness and offers support options. Reporting tools will pinpoint the most appropriate level four qualification for members.
Personal development programmes will offer advisers bespoke learning and a self-test facility which will only allow them to progress when they have demonstrated competence in an existing area.
