Tenet appoints new MD of TenetConnect and TenetSelect

Tenet Group has appointed Mike O’Brien as managing director of its TenetConnect and TenetSelect brands.
O’Brien joined the group in January 2010 as RDR programme director.
Prior to joining Tenet, O’Brien spent several years in the United States, including spells as chief operating officer for Old Mutual Financial Network and chief executive officer for Mid-America Agency Services.
Tenet says the appointment continues the Group’s re-brand and transformation programme, announced at the Tenet annual conference last November.
The rebrand split the group into three streams, with Interdependence and M&E Network rebranded Tenet Connect, Tenet Support Services and Premium rebranded as Tenet Select and Lime and Lime Direct as Tenet Lime.
Tenet chief executive Simon Hudson says: “Mike has been working with us for several months and made a very positive impact on our business.
“Mike’s appointment to the board is part of the on-going process to raise client relationship standards and service delivery in the lead up to RDR and following extensive analysis of our customer value proposition conducted during the course of last year.”
