Tenet announces Keith Richards' replacement

Tenet has appointed Helen Turner as distribution and development director and appointed two new directors to the group board as part of an internal restructure.
Richards announced last week he is leaving Tenet to join the Personal Finance Society as chief executive.
Turner is currently sales and development director at Tenet’s investment arm, Sinfonia.
Tenet head of relationship management Steve Jones takes over from Turner at Sinfonia.
Phillip Hilling has joined the board as senior independent director and Gill Davidson joins as group regulatory director and company secretary.
Hilling was previously managing partner of Ernst and Young’s Yorkshire division and was responsible for developing the northern financial services function of the business.
Davidson joins the network from Coventry Building Society where she was secretary and general counsel.
Tenet will announce a new non-executive director in the near future after Rob Waller left the board to join Aegon as executive chairman of distribution.
Tenet executive chairman Martin Greenwood says: “These changes will help ensure we are perfectly positioned to continue to give our clients the support they need in this ever-changing market, as well as strengthen the overall structure of the Tenet Group.”
Direct Financial Planning IFA Phil Cross says: “I would hope Helen is as vocal as Keith was in the industry and possesses the same diplomatic yet forthright style. It is also good to see a new regulatory director appointed.”
