System aims to offer toolkit to cover front and back offices

Tenet is developing a front and back-office system for its members which will be rolled out over the next year.

The system, called Tenet Advantage, is being powered by Focus:360. The network plans to start piloting the system at the end of March.

It says the aim of the system is to help advisers work more efficiently both in the run-up to the RDR and after 2012.

Tenet Advantage will include client relationship management tools, common risk- profiling and financial planning tools, automated suitability letters and facilities to aid with sales activity reporting.

It can be used by firms advising on investments, pensions, protection and mortgages.

Distribution and development director Keith Richards says: “Tenet Advantage will be integrated with our existing back-office systems and provide advisers with the tools they need to develop and grow their businesses, increase their efficiency and productivity and meet demands after the RDR.”
