Sesame Bankhall Group announces raft of senior appointments

Sesame Bankhall Group has announced David Golder will be managing director of Bankhall and John Malone will be chairman of PMS following the acquisition of the firm by Sesame.

Golder, previously Bankhall managing director for IFA services, assumes overall responsibility for developing and delivering support services for directly regulated advisory firms, and Malone will continue to lead the development of PMS.

Sesame managing director for mortgages and general insurance John Cupis is appointed managing director of PMS, and Nick Kelly has been appointed managing director of Sesame.

Sesame compliance director Michael Couzens will oversee compliance for the group, while Sesame finance director Mark Wadelin takes up the same role in the new group.

Sesame Bankhall Group chief operating officer Stephen Young says: “Bankhall, Sesame and PMS will each have a dedicated operating board to ensure that they have the resources to be able to focus on the needs of the customers that they serve.”

Sesame Bankhall Group has also appointed Mark Penton as its retail distribution implementation project.
