Perspective acquires Wingham Wyatt

IFA consolidator Perspective Financial Group has confirmed the acquisition of Wingham Wyatt.
Wingham Wyatt was established in 1979 and delivers professional specialised financial services in the south-east of England. The firm is run by managing director John Kearney and has 11 members of staff.
Wingham Wyatt currently has £70m of funds under management and a £400k recurring income. The firm covers estate and inheritance tax planning, offshore investments, financial planning, life assurance, retirement planning and mortgages.
The acquisition is the fifteenth made by the consolidator and the third in 2010.
