Perspective acquires thirteenth IFA firm

Perspective Financial Group has acquired IFA firm Future Lifestyle.
Future Lifestyle will be taken over by Perspective subsidiary, Charles Reynolds Associates, which was acquired by the consolidators in December last year.
The acquisition marks the consolidator’s first purchase this year, its thirteenth in total.
The owner of Future Lifestyle is leaving the IFA industry due to ill health.
Perspective Financial Group managing director Damian Keeling says: “Perspective continues to work with IFA firms around the country offering a variety of options in terms of acquisition and exit strategies. Whereas we would normally keep the management in place at the firm, in these unfortunate circumstances the practice will become part of our subsidiary, Charles Reynolds Associates.
“We fully expect to make more acquisitions in line with our ongoing strategy in the weeks and months ahead.”
