Origen launches annuity service for IFAs

Origen Financial Services is launching a new annuity and advice service called Annuitãs, aimed at supporting IFAs in the annuity market.
Annuitãs will enable advisers to refer clients to a team of retirement specialists who will assist with exercising the open market option.
Origen says the service provides “a fast and efficient one stop solution that ensures clients are placed with the most appropriate provider and annuity shape”, by taking into account their future requirements in retirement.
Head of retirement strategy Rob Tinsley says: “This service will greatly assist the small to medium sized IFA business where annuities are non core or the adviser simply wants to take advantage of our specialist knowledge and expertise.
“This is an increasingly complex area where advice is crucial and this new service will be committed to helping IFAs and their clients exercise the open market option simply and effectively.”
