  • Both ofld hand from Allied Dunbar/Zurich. Lord Sandy Leitch was well liked at Allied Dunbar/Zurich. As far as Richard Freeman is concerned he must have developed the inspirational leadership skills at Intrinsic as many former Zurich advisers will testify!

  • Freeman didn’t write the book “How to Win Friends and Influence People”. Sandy Leitch on the other hand was always a gentleman. The arrangements with Lord Leitch may be more of a marriage of convenience as these things often are.

  • Good luck to Freeman, the company will face many challenges with its old style model and RDR requirments, re their charging structure, the CEO seat may become a warm one, people skills will be needed! bone up time?
