Brooks Macdonald has signed a three year sponsorship deal with Middlesex County Cricket Club.

The agreement will see the wealth management group’s branding appear on the players’ kit and at the county’s home grounds.

The cricket club was previously sponsored by Ignis Asset Management in a three year deal which expired at the end of last year.

Brooks Macdonald chief executive Chris Macdonald says: “As a firm, we are passionate about wealth management and sport and having considered a number of opportunities, the sponsorship of Middlesex was by far the strongest fit as well as a logical expansion of our long running sponsorship of schools’ sports teams and other amateur sports clubs, which number in excess of 50 since our launch. These will continue.

“The three year deal is an important milestone in our marketing activity and we are very excited to be working closely with the Middlesex team.”
