Axa Wealth restructures sales force

Axa Wealth has announced a restructure of its sales force, which has seen the establishment of a platform and investment sales team and an IFA distribution team.
Axa says the creation of the platform and investment sales team is a “reflection of the success of Axa Wealth’s wrap proposition, Elevate”.
The platform has £320m funds under management and has signed terms of business with 290 adviser firms.
The IFA distribution sales team will focus on promoting the core Axa Wealth offerings which Axa says it considers are RDR-compatible investment opportunities for advisers, operating predominantly in the off-platform market.
AXA Wealth managing director of investments and distribution David Thompson says: “I believe AXA Wealth’s investment and platform expertise and capability will provide strong differentiation in the marketplace as it evolves its proposition to ensure it continues to support and prepare clients and advisers for tomorrow’s world.”
