Aviva enhances adviser website

Aviva has enhanced the secure services section of its adviser website.
Users of Aviva for Advisers can now access client information directly for pipeline business, existing business and new business applications.
Aviva has also enhanced its My Clients service and its quote and apply function.
Aviva head of ebusiness Billy Burnside says: “Over the last 12 months we’ve been talking and listening to feedback from advisers to understand how they want to interact with us online. We’ve been building our business around advisers and we’ve totally transformed the secure services section of our site so that we’re giving advisers the online services and information they need.”
